This two-week course on The Fundamentals of Modern Leadership is designed to help participants develop the key leadership skills required to succeed in today's fast-paced and dynamic work environments. The course will explore leadership theory, emotional intelligence, decision-making, communication, and team-building, integrating modern leadership strategies and tools. It will also include real-world case studies and field experiences to provide hands-on learning. By the end of the course, participants will possess the practical skills and confidence needed to lead teams effectively and inspire organizational success.
