This workshop is designed to equip HR professionals with the knowledge and skills required to develop, review, and align HR policies with people practices and governance standards. Participants will gain expertise in HR compliance, ethical governance, policy implementation, and alignment with business objectives. Through case studies, interactive discussions, and hands-on exercises, participants will develop policies that are practical, legally sound, and effective in improving organizational governance.
Training will be held at Tafre Training Facility, and on May 13, 2025, the training will be conducted at the South African Board for People Practices in Ruimsig, Johannesburg.
