This workshop is designed to provide professionals with a solid foundation in ethics, focusing on the key principles of ethical decision-making, leadership, and fostering ethical behavior within organizations. Participants will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to recognize ethical challenges, make sound ethical decisions, and create a culture of integrity. Training will be held at Tafre Training Facility, and on April 3, 2025, the training will be conducted at the South African Board for People Practices in Ruimsig, Johannesburg.
