This two-week intensive workshop is designed to equip HR professionals, business leaders, and governance practitioners with the best practices in people management and corporate governance standards. Participants will gain practical insights, legal frameworks, and strategic approaches to ensure compliance, ethical leadership, and sustainable workforce management.
Training will be held at Tafre Training Facility, and on May 20, 2025, the training will be conducted at the South African Board for People Practices in Ruimsig, Johannesburg.
Fridays are reserved for excursions to organizations implementing exemplary governance and people management strategies.
