The People Practices and Governance Standards Workshop is designed to provide participants with a deep understanding of human resource governance, compliance, ethical leadership, and organizational best practices. Week 1 training will be held at Tafre Training Facility, while one day of the second week (March 25, 2025) will be conducted at the South African Board for People Practices in Ruimsig, Johannesburg. This two-week program will explore governance frameworks, employee relations, HR compliance, and ethical decision-making. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical applications, participants will develop the skills necessary to enhance HR governance within their organizations.
