The Ethics Foundation Workshop is designed to provide participants with a deep understanding of ethical principles, decision-making frameworks, and professional integrity in the workplace. Week 1 training will be held at Tafre Training Facility, while one day of the second week (March 28, 2025) will be conducted at the South African Board for People Practices in Ruimsig, Johannesburg. This two-week program will explore the foundations of ethics, corporate governance, compliance, and ethical leadership. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical applications, participants will develop the skills necessary to uphold and promote ethical behavior in their organizations.
